For the paddler who's on the water often enough to want offline mode and Trip Check-In. The free tier stays fully functional — it's supported by a few unobtrusive banner ads, and Pro removes them.

  • Trip Check-InLog a planned trip with launch and return times. We email a reminder to a designated trip contact (who has opted in) if you don't tap "I'm back safely" by your return time. Best-effort delivery — not a rescue service. Always carry a PLB or VHF radio.
  • Offline cache + 7-day forecastA full week of forecast (free shows 3 days), with conditions and tide curve cached on your device so the dashboard works even at launches with no signal.

Honest about what Pro is.

Trip Check-In is a reminder system. It does not contact 911, the Coast Guard, or emergency services. For safety-critical trips, also file a real float plan (CG-3752) with the U.S. Coast Guard or local authorities. The free tier gives you the full conditions dashboard, the launch map, and the regulations screen, supported by non-personalized banner ads — Pro is for the extras, with no ads at all.
